100g frozen peas

steak teriyaki:
100g beef fillet, cut into thin slices
3 tbsp mirin
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp cornflour
1 knob of fresh ginger, 4cm, grated
little gem lettuce, 4 leaves
1/4 cucumber, cut into cubes
2 radishes, finely sliced
1/2 red onion, finely sliced
1 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tsp groundnut oil
