Rinse the tofu under water and drain well before setting aside.
Start by filling the bottom of a glass with azuki sweet red beans.
Add a few generous scoops of tofu to the glass.
Decorate the top of the tofu with pieces of sweet chestnut.
Pour the cake syrup over the dish and garnish with a fresh mint leaf. Serve chilled.
