Unique and delicious.
Good soy flavour without the colour
Amazing depth of flavour. Goes great with fish and meat. I used it to make a more refined char sui and it worked very well.
A must have condiment.\nPerfect for refind, delicate, "kaiseki-ry?ri" dishes and not only.\n
When I don’t want my soup to become too dark or lose the colours of veg, I use this instead of normal soy sauce.
