Lee Kum Kee's double deluxe soy sauce  is made using traditional and ancient fermentation methods that combine the rice koji starts with soybeans and wheat flour through double fermentation. This process results in a soy sauce that is delectable and fragrant of the true essence of the soybean. Naturally brewed with no added MSG, also suitable for vegetarians. This soy sauce would be great in stir fries or salad dressings, or for adding a hit of umami to dishes.
