A box of seasoning for takoyaki. By simply adding this takoyaki seasoning to regular flour you can end up with delicious takoyaki with a thick and filling centre and a crisp outside. With extracts of bonito, kelp, Japanese yam and prawn, combined with flour this okonomiyaki seasoning leaves you with beautifully smelling, perfect takoyaki everytime! Can be used with both normal flour and special takoyaki flour.

For fluffy and delicious okonomiyaki:
• Add 100g flour, 1 packet of okonomiyaki seasoning, 1 egg and 350 ml water to a bowl and mix well.
• Lightly oil the holes in a takoyaki pan and add the mixture plus small chunks of octopus meat and any extras you may like such as tenkasu or spring onion before cooking on a low heat.
• Once the outsides start going golden brown, rotate within the holes to evenly cook all over before smothering in toppings and serving
If you are using a special takoyaki flour add 1 sachet of seasoning to 200g takoyaki flour and follow the instructions on the flour packet.
