Wakame-seasoned rice for the perfect onigiri rice ball.
Avoid getting hands sticky and mould the most delicious onigiri rice balls on the go, by pouring water into this pouch of pre-cooked rice mixed with wakame seaweed. Specially made from long life "Alpha rice", steamed and dried to preserve its moreish stickiness, this handy zip-lock pouch is designed for you to shape your instant onigiri whilst sealed. Seasoned with salt, kelp, scallop and wakame seaweed for a nourishing umami bite you can carry and snack on with convenience.

To prepare your instant onigiri rice ball:
- Remove the seal attached to the front of this pouch.
- Cut/tear the pouch open from the top (across Line 1) remove the provided silica gel sachet.
- Add approx. 67ml of hot or cold water to the pouch and seal the ziplock securely.
- Whilst sealed, shake the pouch thoroughly and wait approximately 15 minutes (60 minutes in cold water) for the rice to fully rehydrate.
- Once fully rehydrated, squeeze all the rice into the bottom of the pouch and cut across Line 2.
- Finally cut across Line 3 or 4 to remove the onigiri and enjoy.
