A full-bodied, refreshingly zesty yuzu citrus liqueur.

Sharper and more richer in texture than regular sake, the use of special Yamahai brewing methods gives this fruity yuzu sake a punchy freshness packed with uplifting citrus aromas and a well-rounded sweetness. Allowed to ferment for long periods without mashing to develop its own lactic acid, this sake breaks its natural flavours down into a tangier, fuller, umami taste. Tingling on the palate with enough sweet aromas to ease you through to its clean finish, this yuzu sake can be served chilled with soda or on the rocks for refreshing summer beverage or cut with hot water to create the cosiest, fruity winter drink.
