Made from a blend of salt-preserved chilli peppers, pickled mustard stems, dried shrimp and fermented soybean paste, the sharp heat of this sauce is deliciously blended into its many irresistible umami layers. Free from MSG, Colourings or Preservatives, this sauce provides nothing but an essential source of Sichuan flavour and can be diluted in water to create a peppery noodle or hotpot soup.
