A velvety dry and floral, award-winning sake.

Savour the refreshingly rich mouthfeel of this crisp regional tokubetsu junmai sake. Brewed with Iwate's specially-grown "Ginotome" rice grain, this junmai enjoys the sweet depth of flavour and texture the plump, 60% polished rice provides, with semi-intense aromas of apple and mango on the nose helping to lift its creamy, marshmallow body. Well-rounded with a pleasant dryness that is uplifted by its fruity acidity, this junmai produces a long, satisfying finish packed with comforting rice notes. Both vegan and kosher-certified as a premium sake anyone can enjoy, this International Wine Challenge-winning sake is best enjoyed slightly chilled or at room temperature.

Alcohol 15.5% ABV.

Plus d'infos

Sake is Japan’s most well-known alcohol. It is brewed using special sake rice, koji (an edible rice mould that serves as the fermenting agent), and sometimes a little brewer's alcohol. A sake's characteristics, including how sweet or dry it is, how light or full bodied it is, and what flavours it evokes, depend on the type of rice and other ingredients used, how much the rice is polished/milled, and what brewing methods have been employed.
