Plus d'infos

Nabe is a hot pot full of assorted meat, tofu and vegetables boiled with a flavoursome soup stock and usually eaten during the cold Japanese winters. When nabe was originally made, the hot pot at the centre of the table was used as a source of heat. Everybody crowded around the table to enjoy the heat of the pot as well as the delicious meal that resulted.
