With Daisho's kimchi soup base, that same complexity of flavour built from slow-cooking can be loaded onto your hotpot in seconds. This instant soup base combines umami soy sauce, sour kimchi, sweet and savoury gochujang red chili paste, salty tobanjan spicy bean paste and other spices into one perfectly fused sauce. All you need to do is shake the packet well, pour the contents into a large nabe pot and bring to boil before adding your favourite meats and vegetables.

Nabe is a hotpot full of assorted meat, tofu and vegetables boiled with a flavoursome soup stock and usually eaten during the cold Japanese winters. When nabe was originally made, the hot pot at the centre of the table was used as a source of heat.
