Make your own non-alcoholic tropical cocktail with our Aloe Vera Smoothie recipe. Mix and match your favourite fruits and aloe vera drink flavours to create something that tastes amazing, as well as helping to supercharge your digestion. Enjoy any time of day.


• 1 cup aloe vera juice
• 1 cup soy drink or amazake
• 1 cup frozen fruit
• 1 tsp chia seeds

How To Prepare

  1. Soak your chia seeds in water for a few minutes until they start going gooey. This should take around 15 minutes.

  2. Pop your chia, soy drink or amazake, frozen fruit and aloe vera juice in a blender and give it a whirl.

Tips and Information

• If you like chunky smoothies, leave out the aloe vera juice when you’re blending, then top up your drink afterwards to get the perfect level of slurpiness.
