How To Prepare

  1. Preheat the oven to 160C.

  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  3. On a chopping board, slice each roll of cookie dough into 4 thick, even rounds.

  4. Place each slice onto the tray and use a spoon to slightly flatten them out and cook for 12-14 minutes, turning the tray halfway through baking.

  5. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on the tray until firm to the touch.

Tips and Information

As ovens vary, check to make sure your cookies don't brown so you have perfectly soft and chewy cookies.
