Whip these easy-to-make creations up and amaze your family and friends.

for the pudding:
240ml amazake
240ml milk
1 1/2 tbsp condensed milk
5g powdered gelatine/agar kanten

for the strawberry sauce:
6 strawberries
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice

for the topping:
4 strawberries

How To Prepare

  1. Put the amazake, milk and condensed milk in a saucepan. Put on a medium heat and stir. Be sure to not allow the mixture to boil.
  2. Add the gelatine with 1 tbsp cold water. Mix to dissolve slightly. Then add the gelatine to the amazake mixture. Stir to dissolve well and leave to cool down for 5-10 min.
  3. Pour the mixture into 4 individual glasses and put in the fridge until set, about 3-4 hours.
  4. To make the strawberry sauce, wash the strawberries and cut them in small pieces.
  5. Place the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a microwaveable dish and heat up for 1-2 min. Smash the mixture until a thin consistency forms. Let it cool down and put it in the fridge.
  6. When the pudding has set, pour the sauce on top. Top with strawberries and serve. Feel free to add any other decorative touches like chocolate, as you desire.
