Try using Japanese alcohols in cocktails and see what a difference they make to the flavour. This cocktail celebrates the vibrant fresh taste of apricot and passion fruit, with a jinzu gin base to carry the primary flavour of the fruit, as well as a little lavender for aromatic contrast. Serve at cocktail parties to lovers of fruity flavours.


40ml jinzu gin
40ml apricot brandy
30ml passion fruit
30ml namazake
dry lavender
lavender sticks (for garnish)

How To Prepare

  1. Muddle the dry lavender and then shake and double strain all of the ingredients into a chilled coupe glass.
  2. Garnish with 2-3 lavender sticks on the edge of the glass. Enjoy.
