Let’s start by making the sushi rice.
Pre-heat your oven 180C. If you need to cook any of your seafood, now’s the time. Otherwise finely chop your spring onions.
In a bowl mix together the mayonnaise, tuna and spring onions. We like a 2:1 ratio of mayonnaise to other ingredients.
Very lightly oil an oven pan and spread your sushi rice along the bottom. Next, top with the mayonnaise mixture. Cook for around 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and spoon the rice on to a bit of your nori seaweed.
