How To Use

• Add one teabag per cup or one teabag per person if brewing in a pot.
• Use approximately 80°C water to brew the tea.
• Allow the tea to infuse for one minute before removing teabag.

Have been drinking this tea for years now and it is my favourite. So glad I found it in this store as my local supermarket discontinued to sale them. It helps with indigestion, bloating and even acnes I think. Highly recommended!
