How To Use

To make kimchi from scratch:
• Cut fresh vegetables (1/4 Chinese cabbage or 5-7 cucumbers) into slices.
• Place into a bowl and pour 150-200g kimchi sauce over vegetables.
• Mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (lightly pickled) or 12 hours for full-pickle before serving.

My favourite flavour.
Use it to make my own kimchi. Very nice taste. Would recommend but a bit pricey.
