Excellent, only just received it but it tastes great.
Pay a little more for quality, sublime complex flavour
All I can say is try it you won’t regret it. You won’t know how different the taste of this good soy sauce is from others until you use it your self. There is no harshness to the taste, it’s full bodied but mellow, making it versatile for all dishes.
