Malony Harusame, 100 g

Delivery to UK and USA* only

Japan’s favourite harusame noodles, now in a smaller pack for extra convenience! Unlike other noodles, these harusame noodles are made from potato starch and corn starch, meaning they stay firmer for longer in hot water. This makes them particularly great for hot pots, stews, soups or dressed salads. Made without wheat, these noodles can be enjoyed either hot or cold.

ITEM ID: #6774

Harusame are dried starch noodles. Originally made from mung beans, there are now lots of different varieties to choose from. These translucent noodles have a slightly slippery texture and, although flavourless, readily absorb flavours and add a pleasant texture to soups, salads, stir-fries and even desserts. Take a look at Japan Centre's Specialty Noodles section for our whole Harusame range.
