How To Use

Cook dried noodles in a similar way to spaghetti.
• Bring 2L water to the boil and add noodles (100g per serving).
• Simmer for 10 minutes then rinse briefly under cold water. Enjoy!

Good quality
On it's own, just steeped in hot water with white miso added, ditto preparation and add to stir fry, favourite way is to accompany seared tuna steaks. Add to light broths, delicious and healthy.
