Kitsune udon, or ‘fox’ udon, for instance, is udon topped with a piece of deep-fried tofu, which is said to be the fox’s favourite food. How To Use

Quick and easy to make!
• Open the lid halfway and add the packet of soup into the bowl.
• Fill with boiling water up to the level marked on the inside of the bowl (approx. 340ml).
• Close lid and leave for 5 minutes. Mix well and serve, preferably with seven spice seasoning.
