Kato Sangyo Dried Shredded Mooli, 70 g
Make delicious and nutritious Japanese side dishes easily with one of Japan’s most commonly utilised dried vegetables! This mooli has been shredded and dried in the sun; a process that brings out the mooli’s natural sweetness. Reconstitute it by soaking it in water. Great for side dishes and salads.

To make a tasty side dish with dried shredded mooli:
• Reconstitute the dried mooli, either by submerging in cold water for an hour then rinsing, or by blanching in hot water for a couple of minutes.
• Heat up some oil in a saucepan. Add reconstituted mooli and stir fry. Add some deep fried tofu (abura age) and stir fry well, then add plenty of dashi.
• Add sugar and soy sauce to taste and allow to simmer until most of the dashi is gone. Enjoy!
