A delicious takuan pickle with added umami! This can is chock full of thinly sliced takuan (made by drying daikon radishes with salt) from Kyushu’s Miyazaki prefecture, packed in a pickling solution full of umami rich kombu kelp seaweed. Enjoy this by itself or as part of a bigger meal.
