How To Use

Dashi is the basis of all Japanese flavourings. Try it in these dishes:
• Miso Soup: 1 sachet of dashi, 600ml of water and miso paste makes 4 servings.
• Nabe Hot Pot Soup: 1 sachet of dashi and 1l of water makes 4 servings.
