Masuyamiso Kimchi Nabe Hotpot Sauce, 180 g
A deliciously spicy kimchi hotpot is yours to make at home with this kimchi nabe soup base! Full of chilli, garlic, soy sauce and, of course, kimchi, this nabe base is best served with thinly sliced pork, mushrooms and assorted vegetables. Not for the faint of heart!

Nabe hot pot is simple to make:
• Add 200g thinly sliced pork and 300g white kimchi cabbage to a hot, lightly oiled pot.
• Add 800ml of water and 1 packet of hot pot sauce to a pot.
• Once heated through, add half a chopped spring onion, 2-3 chopped shiitake mushrooms, half a pack of shimeji mushrooms, half a block of chopped tofu, and about 4-5 small green peppers. Wait until cooked through then sit and eat together with friends.
