To make visually stunning zaru udon noodles:
• Bring appropriate amount of water (1L per bunch of noodles) to the boil and add noodles, making sure to separate them as much as possible.
• Cook until they reach the desired softness (we recommend around 5-6 minutes), stirring to ensure the noodles do not stick together.
• When the noodles are cooked, strain them and cool them with cold running water before serving, preferably on a bamboo tray (called a zaru). Enjoy!
