Ishimaru Sanuki Hiyamugi Noodles, 500 g
Bring the classiness of your next noodle dish up a notch with these premium quality hiyamugi vermicelli style noodles! Made using traditional noodle-making techniques from Sanuki (now Kagawa) prefecture, these noodles are delicious cold or hot.

Cook dried hiyamugi noodles in a similar way to spaghetti.
• Add the noodles to a pot of boiling water (approximately 1L per 100g)
• Allow to cook for approximately 5 minutes or until soft, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
• Remove using a strainer and rinse under cold water several times. Drain well.
• To serve cold, place cooled noodles in a bowl filled with cold water and ice and serve with dipping sauce. To serve hot, parboil the drained noodles for a few seconds before putting in a bowl with hot soup or any other hot dish.
