This traditional seasoning is easy to use.
• Cover your meat, fish or vegetables with roughly 100g of shio koji per 300g of food you are marinating. Leave to marinade overnight in the fridge.
• For vegetables just wipe off the koji and enjoy straight away.
• For meat, cook well after wiping off the koji and then enjoy.
