Made with wheat and rice flour, this specially formulated tempura flour will give the ultimate non-greasy crunch to your tempura. All you have to do is combine 100g tempura flour with 150ml water for a perfect tempura batter. Your freshly homemade tempura can then be enjoyed on its own, in ramen or udon soups, or served on top of rice with tsuyu dipping sauce.

How To Use

• Mix 100g of this flour with 150ml of water. Mix together briskly.
• Heat up oil in a large pan to 170°C – 180°C. If you drop a little batter in the oil and it puffs up and rises to the top, it is the right temperature.
• Dip your prawns or vegetables in the batter, then cook in the oil until golden and crispy.
