A Japanese delicacy with a tasty twist! This cup of chunky miso paste is made from high quality ingredients – natural sea salt, soy beans, rice and specially selected koji (the fungal culture used for fermenting). Great for all sorts of dishes, including miso soup and dressings, and containing dashi fish stock for extra depth in flavour. Please keep out of direct sunlight and in a cool place.

How To Use

To make simple and tasty miso soup:
• Bring 1L of water to the boil. Add 1 1/2 tsp of instant dashi granules.
• Mix 1/2 cup hot dashi broth mixture with 1/2 cup miso paste. Mix well until it becomes a smooth mixture.
• Take dashi mixture off heat, add miso mixture and stir well. Serve immediately.
• Serves 4.

Great product, perfect for miso soup
I have been using this miso for years and I love it.

This is brilliant. I use it to make soups. This makes it a lot easier as the Dashi is already included. It is also very tasty and makes my tummy happy. I love this and eat it almost every day.\nI have not tried the other products yet.
