This large pack of curry roux flakes from Hachi is a quick and simple way to create delicious, thick and mild Japanese style curry in your own home. Using coconut paste and chutney, this curry is delicious and a little sweet.

Japanese curry has a slightly sweet, mild flavour and is often served with chicken or pork katsu.

How To Use

Curry Roux: 180g, Meat of choice: 280g, Onions: 600g, Potato: 150g, Carrots: 75g, Butter: as needed, Water: 1L.

• Fry meat and vegetables till cooked.
• Add water, cook till tender on low-medium heat 15 min.
• Once soft, turn off the heat, add the roux flakes, allow to melt.
• Turn on low heat and cook while stirring.
• If curry is thick, try adding half a cup of water.
• Enjoy!
