With just a little preparation your hijiki will be ready to eat.
• Soak in water for 20-30 minutes, it should increase about 6-7 times in size.
• Drain well and rinse a further 2-3 times, then drain well once more.
• Enjoy stir fried with sesame oil, in soups or simmered dishes.
