Asamurasaki Oyster Soy Sauce, 300 ml
A speciality of Hiroshima in Southwestern Japan, this oyster soy sauce is made with naturally brewed honjozo soy sauce and given an extra umami kick with infused oyster essence. Delicious in any dish you would usually use soy sauce, it really comes into its own in chilled tofu, stir fries or simmered dishes where the oysters special umami flavour can be soaked up!
