This small, sealed glass cup contains 100ml of Gekkeikan’s ‘Tsuki’ (‘Moon’) sake. Tsuki is well-known throughout Japan for being a softer, less acidic sake, with a mild rice flavour and refreshing aftertaste. As well as having a mild flavour, this sake is also versatile with regard to temperature, with different flavours presenting themselves depending on whether it is served chilled at 5-10 degrees celsius, or warm at 40-50 degrees celsius. Better still, you can warm up this sake in the glass cup itself!
