Cook dried udon noodles in a similar way to spaghetti.
• Add the udon noodles to a pan of boiling water, use about 1l per 100g of noodles.
• Allow to cook for approximately 8-10 minutes or until soft.
• Serve in a bowl of noodle soup with meat and vegetables or add to a stirfry to make yaki udon.
