Clear tsuyu dashi soup stock is made from a combination of normal and white soy sauce and is added as a soup ingredient or dipping sauce to many traditional Japanese dishes. The taste is more subtle than normal tsuyu making it ideal for adding lighter flavour.

How To Use

Simply dilute this clear tsuyu dashi soup stock to use.
• Add a ratio 1:15 parts stock to water for consomme, clear broths and Chinese-style soups.
• Add a ratio 1:10 parts stock to water for noodle dipping sauces and savoury egg custard.
• Add a ratio 1:7~14 parts stock to water for boiled foods and stews.

Once opened, please keep refrigerated.
