To make some hearty curry udon:
• Prepare 2 pans, filling one with 300ml hot water and the other with 1 litre hot water and bring to the boil.
• In the 300ml pan add the udon dashi and curry sauce and mix lightly. Stop the heat when dissolved.
• Add the udon noodles to the other pan and boil for 3 minutes before straining the noodles well.
• Re-boil the curry and dashi mix and add the noodles, continue to boil for one minute, then serve.
