Enjoy some of Hiroshima's favourite cuisine and warm your insides at the same time with this Hiroshima-style oyster nabe (or hot pot) sauce. Made with rice, barley, and soy bean-based miso pastes, this ready made sauce has a rich umami flavour that perfectly compliments oyster, vegetable, and tofu nabe.

• Boil one packet of oyster nabe sauce and 100ml water on a high heat, mixing well.
• Add half a head of chinese cabbage and cook until the leaves starts to soften.
• Add 400g oyster meat, one bag of enoki mushrooms, half a bag of shiitake mushrooms, one pack of chopped tofu, 2-3 chopped spring onions, half a bag of shirataki noodles, and a little Japanese parsley to the nabe.
• Wait until cooked through before consuming.
