A stick of the naruto fishcake, which you may have already noticed in your bowl of noodle soup at Japanese restaurants with its recognisable pink spiral at the centre.

ITEM ID: #3411

Background

Naruto is a type of kamaboko fish cake and is mainly used as a decoration in noodle soups such as ramen or soba. The noticeable spiral at the centre refers to the whirlpools of the Naruto Strait located in Kansai (south of Japan).

Wasn't sure what to expect to be honest as this was my first time trying the product. Had a couple of slices in ramen and was relieved to find it enjoyable.
