This rice is so very nice! Always wanted to try some luxury rice and it was worth it!\n\nStays nice and dry when cooked, just the right amount of stickiness and it only needs 3 or so washes. Great taste too, just the right mix of creamy savouriness

Really beautiful delicate rice. I wash until clear, rest in cold water for 30min to 1hr, drain, then cook in a heavy bottom pan 1 part rice to 1 part water plus 3 tbsp of extra water - lid on! Cook until it starts to boil then drop down on lowest gas setting for 12-15min, then I turn off and leave to for at least 10 mins - I never take pan lid off throughout whole process, rice comes out perfect!
