A light jar of chicken soup stock granules, Chinese style. This rich, white stock is used as the base in popular noodle dishes such as Ramen. Also you can use it for making fried rice, fried vegetables and gyoza (Chinese dumpling). Very useful! Made with chicken and spices.

Dashi and other stocks are hugely versatile ingredients that are the basis for many dishes such as noodle soup or mixed with miso paste for miso soup. Traditionally made from katsuobushi bonito flakes and konbu kelp strained together amongst other methods, instant varieties are much quick and easier to prepare.

How To Use

To add a Chinese twist for meals for 4 people:
• Add 1.5 tbsp to chahan fried rice.
• When cooking fried vegetables add 1.5 tbsp straight to the pan.
• Add 1.5 tbsp to Chinese style soups.
