Cut into bite-sized pieces of chewy, gelatine-free jelly, these traditional agar jelly sweets are made extra zesty and invigorating by the spicy, citrus inclusion of Chinese quince and finely shredded ginger. Combining the crisp sourness of apples and pears with orange's mellow fruitiness, Chinese quince gives this fruity Aichi confectionery a tangy infusion of flavour, only enhanced by each sweet's springy bite and tongue-tingling ginger taste. Enriched with added collagen and vitamin C to offer further nourishing chewiness, these unique sweets are wonderfully soothing, especially against colds.
