Expertly crafted with Tanba Brewer's Guild famous sake-brewing techniques, this exquisitely dry and refreshing sake is provided in a traditional Showa-era designed bottle to complete an authentic sake experience. Stored for long periods and refined with alcohol to give its distinctive rich palate an excellent crisp finish, the classic apple and pear notes of this sake complement its flourishing mouthfeel and aromas. This josen sake is best to indulge in when warmed to 40-50°C.
