This kit comes with everything you need to turn yourself into a ramen master and make 4 servings of awesome Shoryu ramen with accompanying Japan-inspired cocktails each - from original hosomen noodles, 12-hour bangin' tonkotsu soup stock, all important toppings, step by step instructions and our Dirty Lychee and Cedroni DIY cocktail pouches, it's all in the kit. Get ready to create one hell of an authentic Shoryu experience for four in your own kitchen in just 10 minutes.

Each Family & Friends Kit contains 4 portions for 4 people.

One Kit Contains:

  • Shoryu Signature 12-hour tonkotsu soup stock
  • Original spicy sauce
  • Original ramen noodles
  • Char siu bbq pork belly
  • Beni shoga red ginger
  • Spring onion
  • Kikurage mushrooms
  • Jalapeños
  • Cedroni cocktail pouch (2 servings)
  • Dirty Lychee cocktail pouch (2 servings)

DELIVERY DATE

You can choose your delivery day on either Wednesday or Friday of each week, up to one month in advance. For Wednesday delivery, please order before 12pm on Monday. For Friday delivery, please order before 12pm on Wednesday.

After confirming your details on the Checkout page you will have the option to choose your delivery day on the Delivery Method page.

MAXIMUM ORDER QUANTITY PER ORDER

There is a maximum order quantity of 1 Family & Friends kit per order (4 servings).

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

Postage is £6.94 with DPD using a chilled nominated day service.

All the toppings and the ramen noodles are packed in biodegradable plastic. Cocktail pouches are reusable. The ice packs can be reused and the cardboard recycled. The kits are sent with DPD that aim to deliver all packages carbon neutral by offsetting emissions.

How To Use

As we send DIY Shoryu Kits as a stand alone delivery, no other items can be added to the order and we are unable to change or substitute any ingredients in this kit. To order other grocery items, please place a separate online order.

This item will be packed with cool gel and sent using a Nominated Day Delivery to keep it nice and chilled. Please store in the fridge for up to 2 days and consume by the use by date. It can be frozen on the delivery day for up to 1 month but please defrost fully before cooking.

RAMEN COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

The cooking instructions sheet is included in the box. The PDF version is also available to download.

CEDRONI COCKTAIL PREPARATION & INGREDIENTS

Please store in the fridge and serve over ice in a short rock glass. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. 

Serving suggestion: Serve with a slice of freshly cut orange.

Ingredients: Campari, Tarusake, Martini Rosso, Benedictine.

DIRTY LYCHEE COCKTAIL PREPARATION & INGREDIENTS

Please store in the fridge and serve over ice in a chilled coupette glass or chilled martini glass. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.

Serving suggestion: Serve with fresh lemon peel.

Ingredients: Bacardi Gold Rum, Nigori Sake, Lychee, Agave, Fresh Lemon Juice.

The DIY Ramen kit contains wheat, soy, fermented soy, garlic & fish extract and sesame.

Cocktails are made in the same kitchen where we use nuts and nut products and may contain  traces of nuts. Please note because of the nature of our kitchens we cannot guarantee that our food and drink are free from allergens.
