Excellent quality wakame. I add it to soups and it adds a whole new dimension. Delicious!

I'm a regular buyer of this wakame seaweed, which we use in my shop to make one of our Thursday salads. Flavour and texture are great, and it's incredibly easy to use. It's a great backstop if you're short on green veg when returning from a weekend away, too. Works nicely in miso soup, too.

I use wakame as an addition to soups and as a cold salad ingredient. As a dried seaweed which is dark in colour, it is surprising how it expands to a crisp green vegetable like salad. It has an interesting taste that is slightly salty and texture that is smooth without being slimy.
