How To Use

To make 4 servings of fiery Sichuan mapo tofu:
• Stir fry 90g of minced pork in 1-2 tablespoons of oil until cooked.
• Add 250g of diced tofu with Lee Kum Kee's sauce for mapo tofu and stir into the minced pork.
• Continue to cook over heat until sauce thickens and serve hot with your choice of garnish.
