How To Use

• Heat oil in a saucepan on medium-low heat. Add spice paste and stir fry for 1 minute.
• Add 1/2 a cup of coconut milk and cook for 3 minutes, until oil starts to appear on top.
• Add meat to the curry sauce and cook for a further 5-8 minutes or until done.
• Balance the sauce to your preference with additional coconut milk & vegetables. Bring to boil, garnish and serve hot with rice.
