How To Use

• Dilute 1 part tsuyu with 9 parts water and use as a soup base for hot noodles
• Dilute 1 part tsuyu with 6-8 parts water and use as a base for broths and soups
• Dilute 1 part tsuyu with 2-3 parts water and use as a dressing or seasoning for donburi dishes or tempura
• Dilute 1 part tsuyu with 6-8 parts water and use as a dip for cold noodles
• Dilute 1 part tsuyu with 4-6 parts water and use as a liquid stock for nimono stewed dishes
• Use undiluted to season vegetable stir fries, cold tofu, or natto
