Classic Malony noodles in a thinner variety - perfect for salads. 

These gluten-free Malony noodles are thinner than normal varieties, making them cooking in just 2 mins, and great for salads. Made with potato starch from Hokkaido, these noodles are a great alternative to regular wheat noodles, and can be used for cold noodles dishes or possibly even Korean japchae.

Harusame are dried starch noodles. Originally made from mung beans, there are now lots of different varieties to choose from. These translucent noodles have a slightly slippery texture and, although flavourless, readily absorb flavours and add a pleasant texture to soups, salads, stir-fries and even desserts. How To Use

Boil for 2 mins, and then drain. Wash with cold water and serve.
